Driving innovation and collaboration: Our General Assembly in Patras, Greece

The DaCapo consortium gathered for a highly productive two-day General Assembly in Patras, Greece, blending hands-on demonstrations, strategic planning, and rich networking opportunities.

Day 1: Progress, challenges, and collaboration

The first day featured engaging demo presentations, an overview of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), discussions on challenges faced, and planning the next steps. The team visited the Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems and Automation (LMS) at the University of Patras, gaining valuable insights into cutting-edge innovations. The day concluded with a delightful social dinner in the heart of Patras, fostering team spirit.

Day 2: Knowledge sharing and vision

Day two focused on in-depth work package presentations and showcasing the progress of each Didactic Factory. These discussions emphasized collaboration and the alignment of project goals as the consortium advanced toward innovative solutions for sustainable manufacturing.
